My family of 4 and our dog enjoyed our stay at Luca's place. Tina reached out to us and made sure we found the place easily. She was so responsive and very kind to my family. My two daughters loved going to the beach in Praiano and then heading home to jump in the pool afterwards. The view was gorgeous and it was so quiet and our most peaceful Airbnb we stayed at during our trip. There was super friendly neighborhood cat that visited us that my daughters fell in love with as well. The location is at the top of Praiano, but there is a local bus if you do not want to walk that is well worth the cost of 1 Euro. Tina provided us with so much information including restaurant recs, tour recs, taxi recs, and grocery store shop recs. We brought our car and we able to find parking along the road nearby so parking was not an issue in any way. We would come back and stay again. Ciao!

The Villa is conveniently located between Amalfi and Positano (15 min from each) and has some of the best views you’ll probably experience in your lifetime. The beach is a ten minute walk surrounded by cafes and restaurants, right next to the parking lot (35 euros/day to park). Thank you again to Maria, the host. She was always there ready to answer any questions we had.

The house is situated beautifully looking over Positano with a reasonably short walk into town (but the 300 steps are serious - definitely consider if this is right for you especially during the summer months!) It meant we left the house less but that was ok because the patio space and view were lovely. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. There is no longer a bath as pictured as it has been modified to make the shower easier to access and there was no water in the pool. There is a system of trolleys to help with the baggage but large suitcases were very discouraged which we didn’t know in advance. The house was clean and spacious, the air conditioners worked well keeping the place cool and everything was very comfortable.

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The host was very friendly and immediately responsive. He helped with many things like finding places and getting taxis.

Stairway to heaven! Best views in Positano! While the stairs can be tough Luca and his family make it as easy for you as possible, lots of places to sit and take a break which is nice to enjoy the view. They take care of your luggage (it’s hoisted up on a cable caddy) which was super helpful. We stayed for almost a week here really enjoyed it. The family lives on the property in various locations but our place is very private. We would stay here again! Also, we had a small problem with a coffee pot and Luca and his wife were responsive and fix it as soon as they could. Great service!

Our stay was amazing! House was clean and view was really nice. Pool was perfect during hot days. Airconditioning was working perfectly in the house.

La Villa était parfaite pour notre groupe de 7. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine après nos sorties en ville. De la terrasse, on voit très bien le ciel étoilé et la vue sur la ville est magnifique. Le matin, on peut apercevoir les ânes qui partent au travail au bout de la rue. Il y a plusieurs épiceries à distance de marche. On peut prendre les escaliers ou le sentier qui mène à l’église et ensuite marcher dans la rue. Le bus passe directement dans la rue (arrêt 22) une fois par heure, sinon on peut se rendre à l’église (arrêt 15) où il passe bien plus souvent. Il y a du stationnement dans la rue. Il y a une cinquantaine de marches pour se rendre de la rue à la porte d’entrée. Luca et ses comparses ont été très aidants et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
