On of my favorite airbnbs I've ever stayed at. The location was perfect and provided a lot of privacy but was just across the way from la praia and all the restaurants, boats, water taxis, and buses needed to get everywhere else. The views were amazing and I love all the original tile in the different rooms. Also Tina our house manager was the best! From even before we arrived we were in close contact with her and she greeted us at the taxi drop off and showed us everything. So happy to have met her and she really made our stay really nice.

Luca & Tina were very helpful with checking in & out. They arranged many request for us and made things very simple. The house was clean and had one of the most amazing views of the coastline. One of our favorite things to do was to go down to the beach after 6 pm You basically have the entire beach to yourself in the late afternoon. There are lights so you can swim through the night. The food at the 5 restaurants in the beach town were good. Looking forward to returning next year!

Luca is only the agent on this- transparently he was great at communicating. However once you get past that and meet the actual owner of the property - Paolo, you will be so happy you chose this Airbnb. Paolo and his family have grown up on this beautiful compound in Positano. They were incredibly welcoming and great with communicating if we needed anything (taxis, restaurants etc). The property is absolutely stunning - truly one of the best places I’ve ever been. It is a nice walk to the downtown Positano, but far enough where you have privacy and can truly appreciate the incredible views. I saw some reviews about the stairs- although a lot, it only took about 6 minutes to get up to the house. The private beach is a HUGE value add it was amazing. Only a few couples/families there at a time so you always get ab umbrella and lounger. The location was absolutely perfect. We will be back next year!

This was an absolute gem of a house, would most definitely recommend for anyone that is staying on the amalfi coast. I felt safe, the private pool was definitely a hit. Outside breakfast table was perfect for our morning coffee. Tina really went out of the way to make sure our every necessity was taken care of. House was super clean and close proximity to everything we wanted to see. Cannot wait to come back and spend more time :)

Luca’s apartment was very comfortable and everything you need for a great stay. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. It had easy access to restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach. I would highly recommend this apartment for groups that are looking for a very comfortable apartment

Beautiful villa exactly as described and great value. Perfect outdoor area and pool is so welcome after climbing all the stairs in Praiano. We loved seeing the horse next door pop it’s head out!

Impeccable View! Villa Panorama in Praiano had an unbeatable view and excellent location. It was close to one of the town’s beaches, walking distance to restaurants and little convenience markets for any necessities you may have forgotten. Also close to bus stops for a quick trip into Positano. The villa’s layout was perfect for our group of seven. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have access to three bathrooms. The pool was bigger than we thought, and an absolute necessity on a hot day on the AMALFI Coast. All in all, it was perfecto!

This is a great stay when in Positano! The location is just outside the main part of Positano - you are 300 steps (there is a lift for luggage only) + a 10 minute walk from the main area. The stairs are a pain for sure, but we enjoyed being slightly away from the crowds. The pictures are as described - clean, very private, and a good value. I believe there is also significant value in having access to a semi private beach with chairs, kayaks, and paddle boards at your disposal for free. Mr. Giampaolo was a great host - he was very communicative, and even picked us up for free when our driver dropped us off at the wrong location. In my eyes, apart from the 300 steps to get to the house, this location is absolutely perfect.
