Luca was very friendly and accommodating. The house was beautiful surrounded by indescribable views. The house was also very clean with plenty of space. Luca left very clear instructions and was a great communicator. I would recommend that this house is a must if you plan on staying anywhere in the area. The restaurants and beach were a short walk away.

Our stay was Amazing!!! Our host Luca was amazing as well. He made us feel welcomed since day 1. Luca let us store luggage before check-in time so we could go have lunch and not carry our stuff. He was very helpful with recommendation and always responded if we had questions. The house is located in the center of Praiano which has a small town feel to it, exactly what we were looking for. The place is very spacious. Eight of us stayed here very comfortably. I would recommend Lucas’s place 100%. It’s located in-between Positano and Amalfi and the bus stops are just a few steps away, so traveling to the other towns is very easy. Thank you Luca for making our experience an amazing one.

We stayed here with a family , and it could not have been a better experience. From start to finish, Luca was very accommodating and checked in on us periodically to make sure we were having a good time and even left us some welcome wine to enjoy upon arrival. We booked a boat day in capri and were not familiar with the area, so Luca made sure we had transportation and knew how to get to our boat trip on time. Apart from the fantastic view, beautiful and clean home, Luca’s hospitality made the stay even better. Luca connected us with an amazing driver Alfonso, who picked us up from the train station and did pickup/drop off around the coast when we needed. If you’re in need of a driver could not recommend Alfonso more!!! Atrani Luxury Service ( Alfonso Santoro ). Thanks so much to Luca and Alfonso for creating an unforgettable experience, we will be returning!!!

Location and View! The view is breathtaking and location is just a few steps away from public transit, groceries, shopping and dining. Host was very responsive and helpful. House was clean and as pictured. We had two families that stayed with children who loved the lift that must be used to access bottom room - just note that the elevator has security beep that goes off anytime you step or stand in opening which can be disrupting if used frequently. Other than that, would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in Praiano thanks to Luca - we couldn’t have asked for a better host. From booking through check out, he was responsive and ensured the process was smooth. He was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home itself was exactly what the pictures depict in the listing - it was clean, beautifully maintained, and every little detail showed how much care goes into the property. The views were even more breathtaking in person. Luca also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and local attractions that made our trip even more memorable. His local knowledge really helped us experience Praiano and the coast beyond the typical tourist spots. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with an exceptional host, we can’t recommend Luca’s home enough. We would happily stay here again!
