Excellent property!! Maria was a great host answering all questions ahead of time and even set up a meeting point with our driver so we could easily check in. This property is between streets so there are stairs but that is just the allure of Positano!! House is well situated and close to shops & restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family to enjoy our week in Amalfi Coast!!! Grazie Mille!

Our group of 6 stayed at this location for 2 nights. It is located directly above the Marina di Praiano with a stunning view of the marina. The views from villa were absolutely breathtaking! Bus Stop 12 is located just below and makes access to Positano easy. Luca was an incredible host - he was communicative, helpful, and friendly. He was there to greet us and we appreciated that greatly. I would absolutely recommend this villa and also Luca as a host. What an incredible stay!

Luca’s place was absolutely magical and everything we were looking for during our stay in Furore. We had an incredible experience and truly did not want to leave. The views were breathtaking, and the house felt like the perfect Amalfi Coast escape. Luca was extremely attentive, responsive, and kind throughout our stay. We experienced unexpected luggage delays when arriving, and despite the stress, he remained patient, positive, and incredibly accommodating, which we appreciated so much. During our stay, they were filming the Netflix movie “Positano” nearby, and we even had views of part of the film set from the property, which made the experience even more unique. Some restaurants were temporarily closed because of filming, but thanks to Luca’s recommendations and local tips, we still found amazing places to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great location directly on the main road, and very easy to get to without stairs. The house was clean and quiet inside despite being near restaurants and shops. No items such as soap or shampoo included, but kitchen had supplies and oil/salt/pepper. Incredible view from the balcony.

We had an absolutely incredible stay with Luca in Praiano, Italy. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply breathtaking—peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated to enjoy the beauty of the Amalfi Coast without the crowds. Luca was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and he was always quick to respond with helpful recommendations and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. You can really tell Luca cares about his guests and takes pride in creating a memorable experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with a truly wonderful and sweet host, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Praiano!
