The house was beautiful and placed right in between Positano and Amalfi. Maria explained everything to us during check in - bus stops, times, boat tour options, car options, and more. She was really helpful and the resources she gave us allowed us to make the most of our trip to Praiano. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in Praiano / close by there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Positano. Giampaolo was a great host! The house is so unique and rustic with modern upgrades and features. Very clean with well-thought-out amenities to make your stay a comfortable one. Getting there is something else. With over 300 stairs from the road to the house, start working on your cardio long before arriving. If you have small children or have mobility issues, this property is not for you. There is also private beach access below the road which is an additional trek down almost 200 stairs. But if this doesn't bother you, it is all worth it! The view from the top is beyond breathtaking and you get to burn some calories after eating all that amazing food at the restaurants closeby. There is a lift for your luggage so you don't have to pull them up the stairs with you. For us, we were very satisfied with this property and host. We simply loved it !

The hosts (Luca and Tina) were excellent. Responsive, helpful, engaging and they also let us check out late, which was helpful. This was a peaceful, wonderful stay.

Luca’s place is great for a quiet getaway. It is at the very top of Praiano so if you plan to walk anywhere get ready for lots of stairs. There is a local bus and taxis but they are sometimes hard to get. There is a another bus (Sita) that gets you to Positano and Sorrento but there are a good amount of stairs to get there is you don’t catch the local bus or taxi. Overall we had an great time. The view and place was amazing and Tina (who helps with check-in) was super helpful!

The villa has stunning views. Luca and Tina were phenomenal hosts. The interior is a bit quirky as one bedroom has no windows but we still loved it and our stay. I wouldn’t change a thing. The villa is a 100 meter walk to the bus stop to go into town. If you enjoy relaxing at a patio with the most amazing views, you will love it.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful villa in Praiano near the marina. The host gave contact information for Chef Baldo, who cooked for us the first night we arrived. It was amazing! The host also recommended a driver who was a great help. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful place, super clean, amazing views! Hosts were great and incredibly responsive and helpful. A bit of a trek to get to, but worth it!

Beautiful views from the balcony. 50 steps to get to it but there are steps everywhere in Positano! Little Deli right at base of steps. Easy walk to restaurants and heart of Positano. Beautiful private beach. You need to be able to walk a lot of steps to get down to it but it wasn’t an issue.
