We had a great time at this place. Loved the location, the house and the surrounding. Maria was nice, easy to communicate and helpful. Def recommend.

“As a group of 3 couples in our late twenties, we were all blown away when we entered Villa Niccola. Unsure if the villa would live up to the pictures - we were more than pleasantly surprised. From the views on our balcony of the beautiful city of Positano, to the cleanliness, to the accomodations/helpful tips and information and of course the warm greetings from Rosa, Niccola and Angela when we arrived. Everything was perfect. The walk into Positano was ~15-20 minutes but we didnt mind it as we were eating lots if pasta,pizza and gelato! If we were not up for the walk, the local bus stop was literally outside our door and Rosa provided the schedule to reference upon our arrival. A more private beach, Arienzo Beach, was reccommended as well and closer to our villa which was a nice change of scenary one day. All in all, our 5-night stay was not enough, and if we are lucky enough to come back to Positano we would not hesitate to stay here again. A++”

Great location in Praiano with view of Positano, but less of the crowded craziness. Very clean, everything brand new to a good quality standard. Luca was great, very available”

The villa is extremely clean, with a great pool area and terrace! Despite the steps from the main town, the view is definitely worth it and we had some lovely meals in the nearby restaurants, many of which provided a free shuttle back to the villa. Maria is a great host who answered emails promptly and met us on arrival. Overall, a great way to experience the beautiful Amalfi Coast!”

“This villa isn't beautiful in a great location in the centre of praino. A 20 min bus journey in the middle of amalfi and positano. Great local restaraunts and good club walking distance. The apartment was really nice and clean and the hot tub awesome- the water is cold but believe me u want it cold!! Lots of lovely outdoor space. Thanks Maria for great information about the area and lots of lovely tips. We had a fantastic time x”

Our experience was overall amazing, the place looked almost better than in the photos, it was super clean and had pretty much everything you need including hair dryers and a lift to carry the luggage and bags up the steps. The supermarket near by was a mayor help, they had all the basics and the owners were friendly and helpful, so much that they called taxis for us several times. There were also 3 restaurants at walking distance. The place wasn't super close to the beach but the local bus seemed to be there every time we needed it. I would most definitely stay there again... ”

“Praiano which sits between Positano & Amalfi (both very crowded), turned out be a much nicer and quieter little town/village. This villa is a very short walk from the main road, with easy access to many restaurants (Kasai being the best). The views are amazing and the villa is small but perfect for a small family with grown up kids.”
