“This house was perfect for our family vacation to the Amalfi coast. Tony was very prompt in meeting us and spoke perfect English. The house has everything needed for your stay (kitchen utensils, toilet paper, towels, plates etc.) and is very large and spacious. The rooms come with blackout shutters that make it pitch black in the morning. This is a huge plus for families traveling with infants or children as it helps adjust to the time zone change. There are a TON of stairs in Praiano so if you are traveling with little children that can't be carried it might prove difficult. However, we took the bus into town and to the beach most days and the stop is right outside the house down the road. Overall, we loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.”

“This place is in a really great location and has a beautiful balcony with a view to Positano. Our family had a really great time staying at this villa. :)” Once again, thanks for the stay Maria. They family had a really great time in the Amalfi coast! : )”

“This is absolutely the most gorgeous house we have ever stayed in, its sits atop the sea with several decks over the water in the beautiful town of Praiano, located just above the beach. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice home in the Amalfi area. Five Stars!”

Excellent location with great views... away from the crowds of Positano and Amalfi, but still a short drive or bus to both. Highly recommend.

This house does not disappoint. The views are spectacular. The food in the town is fantastic. The location to Positano and Amalfi is close without the cost of either. In this time here we vacationed with another couple. They stayed in one day to take in the views from the balcony while we ventured out on a rented scooter to Amalfi. Both of us enjoyed our day immensely. This small town is a fantastic place to stay as the locals are great and the cost is not as high as the tourist sections of Amalfi and Positano. The food in was the best of our trip. Our host was able to help us out with pickup to and from the markets/restaurants. Helped us locate free parking. And was very patient and helpful throughout our stay. The stairs are the downfall, but you get use to them in a day and well worth the climb for the views. We WILL be back to this location and next time it will be for a week.

Comfortable home with a beautiful view! Positano is so beautiful. This home made the experience so wonderful. It took us a few days to learn the system of the buses and taxis, so as to avoid all the stairs. Study this part well before you go, as multiple trips up and down to the beach by foot will make your vacation feel more like sports training rather than a relaxing visit! The home itself had everything you can imagine needing for a comfortable trip. It was also conveniently located by a mini market for groceries, that was relatively easy to access by foot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Vincenza. The villa is lovely. It is spacious and clean and the view from the terrace is nothing short of spectacular. For breakfast and in the evening at sunset with a glass of wine there is no better place. It's a steep climb up but it is worth it. ”
