Amazing terrace and beautiful views . Very quiet spot at the top of Priana. Be prepared it is a lot of steps and a 25 min walk to the Beach. No issue for us but important to note. The pool is a dipping pool and very welcome in summer heat!

Un endroit de rêve. Un emplacement de rêve ... Très belle et grande villa très bien située ! Depuis la très grande terrasse, vous avez une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nombreuses possibilités pour s'y installer au soleil ou à l'ombre, au calme. La villa est très spacieuse. Deux chambres ainsi que le séjour offrent une superbe vue sur la mer. Les salles de bain des chambres 2 et 3 nécessiteraient quelques aménagements, vu le prix de la location.

“Maria's place was the ideal place for a long weekend getaway with friends. The check in process was painless and Maria even met us in town so we could follow her to the Airbnb without getting lost. It was tucked away on a peaceful dead end street of Praiano with plenty of parking. The view and patio cannot be beat. The small pool is perfect for a quick dip to cool off from the sun. The home was clean and had all the basic amenities you need. We cooked at the villa for most of our meals because the view from the patio was better than any restaurant. There is a long staircase to get into the apartment, but otherwise very accessible. I highly recommend staying at Maria's!”

It’s all about the view! Yes the view is probably one of the best in the area. House is lovely. Antonio extremely helpful. The stairs are a challenge so keep this in mind. The reviews about the stairs are very accurate. It is a hike. Take it slow and steady and not so bad. The place is perfect!

“The view was outstanding! It’s a very charming home and the middle bedroom had a very comfortable Tempur Pedic mattress and great A/C to keep us refreshed after a long day of sightseeing. Super clean. The steps up to property are not bad at all. It’s something to expect. Also, Maria was the sweetest host and an expert of the area and things to do. The pool water was cold this time of year but I can imagine it was nice during the hot summer months.”

This place has a great view but it is not hard to get to. My grandfather had a very difficult time getting up and down the 5+ flights of stairs to get to the apartment.
