This property was unbelievable! I think the description and photos don't do it justice--it was impeccable clean, so perfect for our family of four! The views are likely some of the best in Positano! Meeting to get in was a breeze--Lorenzo was gracious and helpful and right on time (our driver called him to verify meeting and time). he helped us carry our luggage and familiarize with the home. The best part, other than the view, was the lovely bottle of wine and water after a long trip and the fresh arugula, tomatoes and basil in the garden. We enjoyed some homemade caprese every day! The laundry machine was helpful, but don't spend too much time cleaning! I guess I should say something about the steps.... :). We actually enjoyed them. It made the walk home after dinner leisurely and allowed us to not feel so guilty after dessert! It was simply perfect!

Praiano is lovely, the house was perfect, and Maria was extremely helpful. Our visit was too brief. The location of the house was convenient to shopping, the view was beautiful, and the sheets were very nice. Maria was very patient as our arrival plans kept changing and went out of her way to meet us and be sure we were set up. We had a lovely trip.

Best town on the Amalfi Coast. One of the closest villas to the Marina Di Praia beach...easy walk with our three sons aged 6-14 years. Maria provided heaps of information leading up to our stay so it was all very easy. Airconditioning in every bedroom and the living space which was fabulous. Thank you Maria for our wonderful holiday. We hope to come back to Praiano in a few years time!

This is our second visit to this villa and it was lovely. We love the view from the terrace, the rooms are comfortable and there are no steps which is a big bonus.

Wow! What a great location. We stayed here with our family - there were 8 of us. The villa was just the right size and the views are breath taking. Maria was a fantastic hostess. She was so helpful before we arrive with making reservations, etc. She even provided us with the name of a private Chef who came and cooked at the villa for us. It was the highlight of the trip! Thanks Maria. We will definitely be back.

Maria was great about meeting us at the house when we arrived and explained a lot about the area and how to get around. The house is amazing and even better location than shown in the pictures.

I loved staying at Villa Maria. It exceeded my expectations. There is a view of the sea in every room. The house is very big and comfortable. It is in the best area. It is so relaxing and beautiful. We loved staying in Praiano. It doesn't feel touristy at all. It is much less crowded than Positano or Amalfi. I cannot recommend Villa Maria enough. Be sure to eat at La Moressa. The food is the best and the service is superb. You will never want to leave Villa Maria.
