Casa Vincenza was beautiful, immaculate and the view was stunning. Maria did a wonderful job of providing information about what to do, where to go and how to get there. She also helped us arrange transportation from Naples to Praiano by taxi (which we would highly recommend). As other reviews have mentioned, the stairs are challenging, but the best way to experience the small streets and homes of Praiano. Between the serene setting and the natural beauty, we were reluctant to leave and wished we could have stayed longer.

Maria was FANTASTIC in getting us settled. We had to drive a VERY large van to the Amalfi coast (that's a different story), and Maria patiently awaited our arrival, and helped me get the car all situated at a time when there was virtually no parking along the roads. She then went through all of the highlights of nearby attractions, and was very helpful. The house is - of course - just as beautiful as the pictures. No one could be disappointed at the accommodations. The walk up to town, and up and back down to the "beach" (no sand, but beautiful) is quite extensive. Probably 250 steps. If you have anyone elderly in your party, please be warned. I would have thought we'd get coffee, and perhaps a little bit of food or drink for the cost, but there was none. Also - we tried to do laundry and dishes, but neither worked. (I'm guessing that's fixed by now). All and all, a truly fantastic place. Very beautiful. I will never forget the views, the sunsets on the terrace, nor the walks up and down into town. I'd go back, for sure.

Praiano was a gorgeous setting so much nicer than the bigger Positano and Amalfi. The villa is close to the supermarket and bus stop which is very important here if you don't want to walk 100's of stairs every trip. The pool was very well utilized by the kids and the main town was 10 mins walk. The Marina Di Praia beach was c10min walk one way and One fire beach the same the other way. The villa was very beautiful and was well decorated. Beautiful house. Maria answered all emails promptly and Paulo the owner met us when we arrived and left to assist with luggage in the lift and from the grocery store to the villa on arrival. He was also very helpful with info on the area and one one day we toured with him to Capri on his boat.

I loved staying at Villa Maria. It exceeded my expectations. There is a view of the sea in every room. The house is very big and comfortable. It is in the best area. It is so relaxing and beautiful. We loved staying in Praiano. It doesn't feel touristy at all. It is much less crowded than Positano or Amalfi. I cannot recommend Villa Maria enough. Be sure to eat at La Moressa. The food is the best and the service is superb. You will never want to leave Villa Maria.

Fantastic property with a view as advertised. An extremely spacious villa that slept 6 comfortably. The host Nicola was extremely helpful and welcoming and gave us all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. Wifi was a bit spotty during our stay but other than that no other complaints! Great stay and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! We loved our stay at Ambra House. The views were breathtaking and the terrace amazing! Although a little above the main beach easy access was available using the local bus. The owners lived next door and were very helpful with advice. Everything was perfect. We found the staff at villas Amalfi coast very professional. When our driver told us he was unavailable to pick us up from Naples airport the day before we required him, we contacted Villas Amalfi coast and they arranged for another driver to pick us up - nothing was too much trouble! Thank you - you saved us from a lot of stress!

My family and friends and I all had an amazing week during our stay at Maria's house! It is just 10 min walk to the start of the center and in a quiet part of the main road in Arienzo. Gorgeous view, comfortable apartment, lovely scenic view from the balcony, and super friendly and responsive property manager named Rosa :) we highly recommend staying here if you are ever visiting Positano! Praiano is a beautiful spot on the Amalfi Coast. The house is better than the pictures suggest as everything is new. Enormous terrace with several spaces to sit and relax and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very close to the marina where we caught the water taxi to Positano. Shopping delivered to your door. Maria was always eager to help us.
