You will feel like the lord of this beautifully restored villa with typical vaulted ceilings and antique furnishings in the central and tranquil area of the town, know as Vettica Maggiore. It is an oasis of peace, ideal for the vacationer who wants to relax without renouncing the pleasures of shopping, freshly-baked croissants at the near-by bar and typical little restaurants offering the pleasure of genuine good food all of which are closeby.
The 100 sq.metre principal terrace overlooks the sea and these is another terrace on the upper level,an added touch to this personal paradise.
Villa Panorama is inserted into the typical vegetation of the Amalfi Coast and immersed in the scent of lemons,overlooking the beauty of the sea and coastline and is the ideal location for a private and relaxing sojorn.
Recently renovated,the property is accessed directly from the upper level.
There are 4 double bedrooms,2 of which are illuminated from the splendid panoramic balcony with access to the upper terrace with sun beds and one with a large bright window.
Two of the 3 bedrooms can be divided into single bed.
There is a bathroom with shower between the 2 bedrooms,the 3rd bedroom has a ensuite bath.
The villa boasts air conditioning,satellite TV and WI FI Internet connection.
On the lower level is a completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher,washing machine,cooker,oven microwave oven,refrigerator/freezer.
There is a bright dining area and an ample living room with 2 confortable sofa beds and a bathroom with shower.
The living room is illuminated by balconies overlooking the sea and there is direct access to the panoramic terrace equipped with sun beds,umbrellas,table and chairs,a real dining area almost on the sea where you can enjoy the scent and the freshness of the surrounding plants and flowers as well as one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world.
Dominating the terrace is a splendid 8 person above ground a cold swim pool Jacuzzi , ideal oasis of wellbeing.
The swimming pool is 2,3 meters (8 feet) large by 4,4 meters (15 feet) long, and 1.30 meter (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by an awning. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

Huset ligger bedårande vackert med en fantastisk utsikt. Altanen och balkongen är ställen att bara sitta på och njuta av utsikten. Huset är rymligt och välplanerat med gott om ytor att vara på. I sommarhettan är poolen en gudagåva för ett svalkande dopp. Tina som mötte oss gav oss en ordentlig genomgång över hur allt fungerade och gav oss massor av bra information och tips för området och hur man enklast kunde ta sig runt. För frågor under vistelsen var Tina också väldigt snabb på att svara. Praiano är en lugn stad och perfekt för den som vill ha en lugn och avkopplande semester men med bekvämligheter i närheten - affärer, restauranger och strand finns på gångavstånd. Om man vill bege sig ut på andra äventyr på Amalfi kusten är Praiano ett helt ok ställe men det är buss som gäller men med lite planering så är det inget problem.
My favorite rental home ever! Villa Panorama… I miss you already. We were a family of 8. Very spacious in and outside, big bedrooms, nice size bathrooms & showers. Kitchen was equipped with basics I cooked with no issues. House was clean with air conditioning and beds are comfortable. Now for the views…. Wow!! The upper balcony provides 2x bedrooms a view and the lower kitchen level has the same views. Spacious outdoor sitting area for 8, table, chairs, umbrellas and of course the cool tub, we floated in each very hot day enjoying the view. The view is completely unobstructed with Positano in the distance and the open sea. Quiet neighborhood. 3 -5 minute walk up to street to Praiano. There you have several wonderful restaurants, a gift shop with lovely ceramics, a cafe and bus stop. I fell in love with Praiano. It is is the middle between Positano & Amalfi. Do not walk to these places. Taxis & busses are safer. There is a tourist information office in town that can assist you with excursions, etc. after a long, hot, crowded day in Positano it is very nice to come back and relax. Maria & Luca were our property managers and were helpful and friendly. Each check in/out. My 79 year old mother was able to walk up & back to town each day at her own pace. Thank you for sharing this special home with us and this special location. We will share our experience positively. Ciao!
Our Stay at Villa Panorama was great. Maria was great from the moment we arrived.. The house is very nice but is in need of minor work hear and there... nothing that would stop us from booking again .This house is all about location!! super quiet and very private. The plunge pool is worth it after the long day of walking stairs. If we return to the Amalfi coast, we will be staying here again! Thanks again Maria for making our trip a great memory!
Luca’s apartment was very comfortable and everything you need for a great stay. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. It had easy access to restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach. I would highly recommend this apartment for groups that are looking for a very comfortable apartment
Impeccable View! Villa Panorama in Praiano had an unbeatable view and excellent location. It was close to one of the town’s beaches, walking distance to restaurants and little convenience markets for any necessities you may have forgotten. Also close to bus stops for a quick trip into Positano. The villa’s layout was perfect for our group of seven. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have access to three bathrooms. The pool was bigger than we thought, and an absolute necessity on a hot day on the AMALFI Coast. All in all, it was perfecto!
