This villa was absolutely ideal for my family's trip. It is right in the middle of everything, waking distance to restaurants, cafes and amazing Gelato (right outside the front door). Luca was an incredible host, communicating with me months in advance, connecting with our driver, and making sure every went smooth. He met us at the villa when we arrived to walk us through everything, which made us feel at home. The villa has three air conditioned rooms that were very spacious and the 3.5 baths were great for the 7 of us. The patio had beautiful views, the pool was perfect temperature, and the living space was warm. Overall incredible experience, highly recommend staying here with a group of adults or a family.

You are such a kind and welcoming person, and we really appreciated how friendly, helpful, and communicative you were with us. You made everything so easy from the moment we arrived, and our whole family felt very comfortable and welcomed. We loved the house, the location, and of course those incredible views! We made such wonderful memories there with our family, and we would absolutely love to come back and stay with you again someday. ❤️ The only small suggestion I would make would be to have a blanket or comforter available for the beds in addition to the sheets. Where to start....Luca was a spectacular host and the property was equally amazing. The home is an immaculately refurbished building with a rich history. The details from the gorgeous handprinted tile floors, the fresh, clean furnishings and the amazing outdoor spaces with unbelievable views. Praiano is so charming - plenty of local, yummy restaurants within walking distance, a few stores for sundries and groceries. The home is so convenient to transportation to take you Amalfi and Positano. The last key convenience is a lift as the property is 4 stories. Highly, highly recommend this stunning home

Our stay was Amazing!!! Our host Luca was amazing as well. He made us feel welcomed since day 1. Luca let us store luggage before check-in time so we could go have lunch and not carry our stuff. He was very helpful with recommendation and always responded if we had questions. The house is located in the center of Praiano which has a small town feel to it, exactly what we were looking for. The place is very spacious. Eight of us stayed here very comfortably. I would recommend Lucas’s place 100%. It’s located in-between Positano and Amalfi and the bus stops are just a few steps away, so traveling to the other towns is very easy. Thank you Luca for making our experience an amazing one.
