Information about the villa

Located in the quietest part of the town of Praiano, set in the vicinity of the ancient piazza of the Church of San Luca Evangelista, Casa Bianca is a real jewel for the traveller who likes to share in the everyday life of those who live in and love a place.

The property belongs to a well-known Praiano family and has recently been renovated, respecting the ambiance, tastes and traditions of the family who had lived there for many years.

Well-decorated and furnished with authentic antique furniture, the house can guarantee every modern comfort without lacking the slightest detail of the tastes and love of hospitality that the proprietors provide.

Our guest book is full of memories that previous tenants have recorded citing the kindness, availability and courtesy of the proprietors who know how to coddle their guests with heart-felt friendship, welcome and care.

The house was never intended as a rental property and there is nothing stuffy or formal about Villa Bianca; just discretion, taste and courtesy that is evident in the rooms and outdoor spaces which were thought out with love and care.

The property is composed of 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a fully furnished kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

There is an ample terrace for sunbathing and an angle with barbecue perfect for honing cooking talents.

The house is fully air conditioned, has a colour television and is easily reached from the street.

The bus stop which connects to Positano, the beaches and the main shopping area of the town is close by.

The bus stop that connects to trains, etc. is located nearby.

Our trip here was everything we had hoped it would be---the beautiful home nestled in the charming peaceful town. We loved all of it...the views, the town, the people , the food. We are going to learn Italian and come back!!! Thanks again and all the best.

Thank you so much for making my friends, family and I so welcome. The house and views are stunning and I will go home with many happy memories. I cannot think of a nicer way to spend 5 weeks. We loved the food at Il Pino and La Strada in Praiano. One Fire Beach is a great place; they are fun and friendly. We visited Positano for dinner and dancing and had a great meal at La Tagliata in Montepertuso, a town above Positano. Ravello was wonderful. We had great meals at Rosselini in Palazzo Sasso and at Cumpa Cosimo. To the next people staying here....Lucky You!!!!!

Thank you for the hospitality. The house and surroundings are perfect.......better than expected, and the expectations were high! Antonio, you made our stay even better with your smile and home grown fruit. It was a perfect experience for getting close to Italian culture. The piazza below the house was gave the teenagers a chance to see football matches every night. The buses were great but so were the stairs...great exercise. Thank you , we will miss this place.

We have enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. We have come to enjoy the sounds of the rooster and the church bells. We had wonderful pizzas, beer and French fries from the little pizza place for €25. The village is a friendly and peacful place to stay....especially after a visit to Positano. We have found to people very friendly and accepting to tourists. We enjoyed cooking the groceries we bought at Angela's supermarket in the wonderfully equipped kitchen.
