Villa Giuseppe is an old fascinating house of 200 square meters that is suitable to accommodate ten people.
The villa is air-conditioned. Villa Giuseppe is a few steps away from the main road.
The property has splendid sea and coast views, there is a large and beautiful terrace and a garden, which has an above ground swimming pool. The terraced garden is planted with trees and also faces the sea.
The terrace is furnished with chaise loungers and a remarkable table and chairs. The terrace is enclosed by a low wall at the front. This wall is covered in flowers and colourful geraniums and frames the splendid panorama of the sea, the sky and the coast.

As soon as you enter the house there is a nice, wide stairway .
By going up this stair you arrive in the upper storey of the Villa, where there are three bedrooms , an open plan living area, dining room and sitting room,two bathrooms and a full furnished kitchen.
The sitting room is open plan with the kitchen area separated from the rest of the room.
The sitting area with its settees and armchairs is in front of arched French windows that are nearly as high as the walls and faces the sea.
The kitchen is well equipped. There is a cooker, an electric oven, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and other small electrical appliances. The washing machine is in a small utility room there is an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The kitchen leads out onto a terrace filled with flowering Bougainvillea.
At bottom floor there is also a totally separate apartment, with an independent entrance, it is situated below the garden.
This apartament has a large living room,with two places bed,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom suite is really large and quite fascinating.
The Villa is in the centre of Praiano. The local bus that takes you to Positano is 20 meters from the house, If you want to go to the beach this bus will take you to either Positano or Marina di Praia.
The grocery store is 100 meters away.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Giuseppe. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, or with a fee in a private parking lot.
