Casa Mammola

Casa Mammola is a brand new residence complex located in the district Pens and called
" sciuscell'rò pantan".
Casa Mammola is a charming detached cottage that overlooks the sun and the sea in Conca dei Marini with capacity to accommodate four people.
From the house you can godrere a splendid view of the sea and of the coast and at the same time inebriate the perfume of orange blossom, fig, olive, pomegranate and carob.
Casa Mammola has the dimension of 80 meters (860 square feet). It is embellished with a beautiful private terrace, a garden also private, with air conditioning and winter heating.
The terrace is 50 square meters. It is partly shaded by fig trees, olive trees and a gazebo. The terrace is equipped with a built-in sofa and wrought iron table with finely hand-painted tiles and chairs. The terrace is also equipped with two chaises longue on which to enjoy the rays of the sun for a golden tan. Here you will also find a barbecue and a pizza oven. (For possible use of wood-burning oven, ask in advance).
The garden is about 80 meters and is partially shaded by olive trees and fragrant citrus groves. The garden is furnished with wrought iron bench and table and chairs.

From the terrace and the garden you will have a wonderful view of the sea and the coast.
You reach Casa Mammola from the street level going up about 60 steps of the staircase or down about 50 steps from a second access the main street town ..
The distance from the center of Conca dei Marini is about 600 meters, where you will find shops and a restaurant and the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi-Tovere. At 400 meters from the nearest restaurant and a grocery store well equipped. The nearest beach (beach of Marina di Conca) 2 km including 300 steps of the staircase, and 100 meters from the house unfolds a fantastic trail, called "bat crazy" that leads in a fairy-tale enchanting beach of "Furore". If you come home to Casa Mammola in the car, you will be able to park about 20 feet (65 meters) for a fee, parking in private parking is suitable for most car. Parking must be reserved in advance and we kindly ask you to inform our staff so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Alternatively, you can park for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
