Great house and great location! Once in the house, there are great rooms and plenty of space. The views from the yard are amazing! Simple house, but served our needs!

Wonderful stay in Positano Our family of six had a wonderful time at this home. It is beautiful, clean, centrally located, and the perfect spot to explore the Almalfi coast!

Amazing stay in Praiano - the best town on the Amalfi coast! The house was a perfect setup for 2 families of 4 - the parents had the 2 rooms that have the ensuites, and the kids had the rooms that shared a bathroom. The location of this home is perfect - only 80 steps from the main road (we have stayed at other places in Praiano and had much more than that!) Using the church as a landmark made it easy to find. The views are second to none - and having 2 balconies to view them from was great. The small pool was great to plunge in on a hot afternoon. This home had some great charm - was a little rough around the edges, but that added to the charm. The only thing I would change, would be the mattresses - they are hard as a rock, but that being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Charming home with a fantastic view. Tina was a wonderful coordinating host (saved us a parking space, mapped the entire town for us, offered lots of good ideas). The house comes with lots of instructions (including contact info for restaurants that delivery and those that will shuttle you up and down the hill). Furniture is authentic, WiFi is solid. If you're not accustomed to an on-demand water heater, you may try to turn up the temperature during a lull; don't it can get quite hot. The weather was too cool for the pool, but it was pleasant to sit by it and read. Because the home is at the very top of the town, it's a great location for connecting to the Path of the Gods.

We had a sibling trip to the villa and really enjoyed our stay! The responsiveness and friendliness we received was much appreciated! The villa is a 60 stair climb from the main road in the area that results in spectacular views from 3 sides! The home was well appointed for cooking, even included a gas grill for a couple of HUGE steaks. I would go back again!

Excellent location in Praiano -steps below the beautiful church, with a wonderful view of Positano. Lovely little restaurant up on the main road, easy to take buses to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to take a boat tour to Capri from the Praiano Beach. Bedrooms overlooking the Mediterranean!. The upper level with 3 bedrooms was perfectly fine. Wonderful balcony with loungers and table and chairs overlooking Positano.
