Villa Torre, Villa Saracena and Villa Bella are part of a tourism complex in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast in a very charming athmosphere, set in the rock with big terraces/gardens overlooking a wonderful sea view, the stunning coastline and an ancient Saracen guard-tower.
The entrance to the villas can be either from the main street through its private parking or going through a flight of stairs in the rock or also using the lift/elevator of the hotel that is part of the complex and some stairs.
The two storey complex sees Villa Torre e Villa Saracena on the first floor Villa Bella on the ground floor, below the other two villas.
Villa Torre and Villa Sarcena can be also rented as a unique villa for a party of 12 people (10 beds + 2 sleeping place in divan bed).
The three villas share a small swimming pool and path to the beach (the sea is 30 meters below the terraces)
Each villa has its own amenities (EQUIPMENT), such as air conditioning, electricity system.
The complex is very close to the local beach of Praiano, that is very easy to reach through a lovely panoramic path that is dug into the rock dropping sheer into the sea where the famous night club Africana is located.
Villa Torre is composed of 2 sea view double bedrooms that lead to the terrace, 2 bathrooms with shower and a sitting room with kitchenette provided with oven, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and a table for six people. All rooms have air conditioning.
The villa is about 70 square meters and its wide 40 squared meter terrace overlooking the sea is provided with a gazebo, a table and chairs and accommodates 4 people very comfortable..
A private parking is available with a fee. We suggest not to use the car in high season: the bus stop is few meters far from the complex and it is very convenient.
