Villa San Tommaso

Information about the villa

Villa San Tommaso

Villa San Tommaso is hidden in one of the oldest and prized neighbourhoods of Praiano that leads from the La Moressa piazza to the exclusive villas in the valley at the foot of the Monti Lattari mountains, called Gradillo.

The villa was renovated in the ‘90s and has kept the feeling of a typical local residence in a neighbourhood that has retained its charm; a little corner of paradise not yet invaded by mass tourism.

It is immersed in a large garden overlooking the sea. Little roads , paths, typical stairways and shrines complete the charm of this area that is sheltered and peaceful and not by chance the summer home choice of several world- renowned artists.

The villa is a short walk from the little church and piazza of San Tommaso .

It boasts all modern conveniences, is tastefully decorated and has a washing machine, colour television, stereo and CD player.

The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is located near the entrance of the villa and is a few steps from a splendid terrace overlooking the sea and panorama of the Coast.

The beach at La Praia can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes along little walkways and stairs or by car or the ‘orange' bus that connects the interior of Praiano and Positano.

There is a supermarket which offers home delivery, a hair dresser, barber, the town gym, a banking machine and parafarmacy all within short walking distances of the property.
